¿Cuál es el período máximo de alquiler?

Período máximo de garantía para el alquiler: 90 días.

¿Qué hacer si no logré renovar el número manualmente?

Si el período de alquiler ha expirado y no ha tenido tiempo de renovarlo, puede restaurarlo usted mismo en la sección Archivo de la página Alquiler. Tenga en cuenta que no siempre es posible restaurar el número, pero sólo si es técnicamente posible.

¿Por qué el número no se activa durante mucho tiempo?

Después de la solicitud de activación, su número aparece en una determinada cola de activación, donde hay números y otros usuarios, por lo que la activación del número puede llevar algún tiempo. En promedio, un número de teléfono se activa en 10 a 15 minutos, pero puede tardar más. Si el número no se activa durante un período de tiempo muy largo, puede comunicarse con el equipo de soporte e intentaremos resolver el problema.
